This is a beautiful ceiling fan for my living room! I decided to change out the fan from a white one to black. It is very attractive and has great fan speeds. The LED light is integrated and gives off a warm glow. If you are looking for something brighter, you might want a different light that gives off more than 3000k, but for us I'm sure it will work. This is actually a very beautiful and classy ceiling fan. Lots of crystal.pieces that hang beautifully. Took about 1 12hours to put together due to hanging all.the crystals. There are several layers of light, including a night light and temperature colors. I like it. The description says 42-60 inch blades but you have to purchase the other sizes to get the extension. Beautiful ceiling fan, but it wobbles a little more than it should. Looks great in our guest room. We have an electrician friend we are going check with to see if we can minimize the wobble. It's a VERY pretty fan. The blades are a very light gray wash look - high end. I got the Nickel finish motor. On/off via light switch and then the remote controls everything. Most fans I run at speed 1 for sleeping and that creates some air movement. But this fan doesn't push a lot of air, so i have to use speed 2 or 3 to get the same effect. This is in a guest room, which is rarely used, so that's fine for my needs. But if you need a fan that REALLY creates a breeze in a room, this is NOT the one. (Minus a star for that).. Tamara954.
