Heavy duty/quality fabric. I only wished it came in more sizes. Other than that we are pleased with our purchase.. Msa. Burleson, TX. Tue Aug 04 2026

This shade sail was exactly what we were looking for. It helps reduce the afternoon heat, looks beautiful overhead, and gives our patio a more inviting feel. The material feels sturdy, and it has held up well since we installed it.. Gracie. Pasco, WA. Tue Jul 21 2026

Escape the sun's glare and create comfortable shaded spaces with this stylish shade sail. Designed with durable, weather-resistant material, it provides reliable protection from harmful UV rays, letting you enjoy your outdoor haven all year round.

It's perfect for my patio. My patio is 10 degrees cooler now.. Denise. Princeton, Texas. Sun Sep 27 2026

I needed some shade for the car with the heat this year. I have purchased shade sails from WAYFAIR in past years. The awning arrived intact and we are in the process of completing this project: painting posts with tops and using dacron line with clips we can remove it for tropical storms/hurricanes. The color and fabric match what I have for other awning/shade sails. Thank-you.. Karen. Avon Park, FL. Tue Jun 30 2026

Made very well!! Made a shade for the horses since it was going to be 105 all week. Material is thick and the cable running through it is nice because you don’t have to worry about the material ripping like a normal shade cloth. Hardware is nice and heavy. Anonymous. Tue Aug 04 2026

We absolutely love it. We designed a social area for our cabin guests to use and this is a perfect cover for rain and sun without having to get something custom made.. Kateri. Cherry Creek, NY. Sat Aug 15 2026

The Super Ring Shade Sail is designed with durability and performance in mind, providing long-lasting protection from the sun. Made from 260 GSM permeable extra heavy duty fabric, it blocks 98% of harmful UV rays, offering cooler, shaded areas for outdoor spaces. This breathable, UV-stabilized material allows air and water to pass through, preventing pooling during rainy days. Reinforced with built-in stainless steel cable wires and rings, the shade sail offers superior strength and enhanced appearance, perfect for patios, swimming pools, and more.

Excellent heavy duty shade sail!. The continuous wire and heavy duty corner brackets make it vey strong and will no doubt last. The grey goes perfect with my house color so I used it over my open front courtyard. Blocks out at least 90% of the sun as you can see in the picture I took looking directly at the sun. Really great and makes my courtyard so much more enjoyable all day.. Brian. Reno, NV. Sat Jul 25 2026

The sunshade cloth/shade panel is made of anti-ultraviolet material, which is light and durable. 90% shading rate, mesh design, breathable, more suitable for blocking sunlight and heat. Multi-purpose application, can be used in pergola, patio cover, greenhouse, garden plants, swimming pool, balcony, kennel and other areas where you want to create comfortable shade.

Useful product. I like the grommets all the way around for secured tie-down. Bought the 10x10 to update an older shade frame that lost its previous canopy from a winter storm. This comes with elastic bungee tie straps (though not enough for all grommets) I also used zip ties for extra security. Price reasonable compared to other online retailers.. Shirley. Red Lion, PA. Installed this rectangular shade sail over our back patio and its made a huge difference — covers our seating area and the kids play space, and cuts the afternoon sun noticeably. The browntaupe color looks good against our house and doesnt show dirt like lighter colors would.. Christine. Chula Vista, CA. Mon Aug 31 2026

Finally got this shade sail installed over my chicken coop and inside run. South Texas summers are brutal, but this is going to provide an escape from the direct sun. I’m very pleased with the quality. Came with all installation hardware, and husband didn’t have any issues installing it.. Amanda. Castroville, TX. Sat Mar 21 2026

This shade sail is made of a thick but flexible material that should provide just the right amount of protection from the sun without being a total "sunblock" (or completely waterproof) and the reinforced attachment points on the sail seem sufficiently strong. I haven't yet installed it, but the included kit appears to be very comparable to the separate installation kit I ordered just in case the included kit was flimsier or more difficult to use. This particular brand of sail offered a lot of different size options, which is ideal if you are looking for a sail to fit a space with unequal distances between the triangle points. The sail I ordered measures 20' x 20' x 28.3'. it came with a installation hardware kit but I can't yet comment on whether the hardware kit works well. I also ordered another hardware kit in case I needed a different installation option than the one included. Unfortunately, Wayfair said it delivered both when I never received the additional hardware kit. After waiting 3 days to see if there was a problem with how the item was scanned, I have reported the missing delivery and hope that I will receive that other installation kit so that I can choose which kit will work better for installing the sai.. Why didnt I buy this shade sail earlier I cannot believe how much it has cooled our pool and how much more comfortable we are when we are outside. My 26 yr-old son even commented about how surprised he was when he got in the water today to escape the 96 degree temperature. He was surprised that the water felt cool instead of like a sauna! This is one of my favorite Wayfair purchases ever! Our neighbors came over to see about getting one for their pool after seeing ours. We LOVE this! It’s 4 years old and looks just as good as the day we got it! No fading! Gorgeous. Kristi. Ellerbe, NC. Thu Aug 06 2026
