We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. The hansgrohe Trickle Adaptor turns any hansgrohe or AXOR handshower into an ADA compliant one. Simply screw the adaptor on in between the handshower and hose, and the trickle shut-off function will be added to the handshower.

When I tried to return it cause I dont want to deal with nonsense, they want to make me pay for shipping. Very shady practices.
