We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools. I really like the grill. It ignites, cooks and looks great. And was a good value. I previously owned the E-310 which was about 15 years old. It was better built, with solid sides and what seemed to be higher gauge steel. I left the cover off the new grill one night and rain came into the case through the open sides.
