I like the size for my very small shop. I like the features for the most part. The one feature that was in the Wayfair "details" description is that the Swing mode operates both the vertical and horizontal louvers. On mine, only the horizontal louvers swing back and forth. The vertical louvers don't move at all. If it's just mine and a defect, it's not worth my sending back. While it's a help, at the end of the day, it is after all just a fan with a few more features and a remote. Yes, the cold packs help somewhat but they're not refrigerant. For my small space, 7 x 9, with a tall ceiling, I’m very happy with this small air con. I’ve noticed it’s cooled down my shed office and made it more bearable, both during the day and night.
