The assembly can be done in one full day. Became quicker construction when the impact gun was used, however we are used to that tool and knew how to not over tighten. We used a square early on to keep the upright supports square. It should be emphasized in the directions when to final tighten screws. The cross supports which secure the roofing material should NOT be tightened until all screws are installed from above which hold the roofing material down. Looks good. Has a small leak in the roof. Covers hot tub great. Delivery could have been better. No one called to say they would be delivering that day. Was scheduled for delivery 2 days later. No call and no one knocked on the door. Just happened to look out window and saw the boxes laying on the grass. The box was pretty beaten up. Website would not let me upload photos.
