I received this chair a few days ago and I finally had a full day of using it so I can write an accurate review. I work two remote jobs and I am a full time graduate student, so I spend 12-16 hours per day at my desk. A comfortable chair is an absolute must. My last chair also came from Wayfair and was fantastic, but it was fine for an upgrade. This chair is phenomenal! The green color is so beautiful and fits my office aesthetic perfectly. It's so comfortable and well-built. I could take or leave the massage feature. It's a heavy buzz, at best. The heat is great! Doesn't get super warm, but definitely enough to know it's on. The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. Assembly was mostly straightforward, and I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour. The only challenge I ran into was with the armrests—the included hex wrench made it a bit difficult to reach tighter spaces. A longer, screwdriver-style hex tool would make that part much easier. I chose not to install the footrest since I already use a separate one, but everything else came together smoothly. All of the features work perfectly, including the height adjustment and reclining lock mechanism, which is a great touch for comfort during long work sessions. This is a comfortable chair. It was slightly difficult to put together, but the deed was done. Did I mention it was worth it though? It is heavy, which made it difficult to move from the house to the office. I'm able to sit in it for long hours at a time. The color was exactly as pictured. The chair arrived as scheduled, was easy to assemble. To be fair I've done probably 50 different chairs due to working in Hotels. The chair looks great and is fairly comfortable. There are a few things to note and consider that are not deficiencies. It is a large chair, and heavy duty. Because of this the lowest height is my standard setting, at this height, the arms will not go under my desk which has a drawer...probably 2" too high. It does not have any lumbar adjustment, no problem, just a note and for those wondering how thick the PU leather is, the answer is not very. If you have cats and they are allowed near this chair, di not expect it to remain nice. I had a claw mark the first day and covered it with a blanket...that helps but does not stop it. Lastly, the foot rest is ok, I don't love the style/design but it's functional. Also. How flat does it lay, it is not flat but it is a decent recline that one could nap in. I’ve been using this chair for a bit now, and overall I’m really happy with it. You can immediately tell it’s built to handle real use — the frame feels solid and the base is very stable, which gives you confidence compared to cheaper chairs. The mesh back is another plus — it keeps airflow going so you don’t get that overheated feeling during the day. Once put together, everything feels sturdy and functional. The wheels roll smoothly and the height/tilt adjustments are easy to use.
