My son is a firefighter/paramedic in a major US city. His station house is close to 100 years old. The ceilings are very high. The windows in the sleeping quarters had an old tarp as covering. UGH! These curtains (52"x108") allow daytime sleeping when on a 24 hour shift. They are not too heavy to be held up by a tension rod since no one is allowed to drill into the old plaster.
