This ice maker is fabulous! Firstly- it makes ice SO fast. Literally within minutes of plugging it in, it had ice made. We use a lot of ice and it has the tray filled back up to full in no time. Up to 100 lbs a day is a ton of ice, and it stores and keeps 20 lbs in the trays. The ice quality is the chewable nugget ice everyone knows and loves. This icemaker was the worst purchase I’ve ever had with Wayfair. The photograph used to sell this item is totally inaccurate. This is not an under counter icemaker since it is 6 inches short to fill the space. Also the specs aren’t specific in telling you, you need 50 cm of clearance around the whole unit for safety.
