I love this product if fits the space i bought it for perfectly. It matches my hardwood flooring very well. It was delivered on time and was in good condition. My only complaint is all the nuts and bolts were strewn all over the box and fell out as i unpack it. Not sure how that happened but the bag that was supposed to hold the parts was completely torn. who ever packed this really messed up. I ended up one spring washer short. This bench is perfect for my needs, I wanted extra seating for a superbowl party, but didn’t want the discomfort of folding chairs. The seat is a little taller than my kitchen chairs, but wide enough for two full adults, the back feels sturdy enough that you can actually lean on it.  It is firm and not very cushioning, but I am very happy with it.  Assembly required a phillips head screwdriver in addition to the allen key that it came with.
