You can’t beat this box for the price. I bought it to hold a Sonos subwoofer which it does nicely. The finish on the box isn’t great, but I was looking to paint it so for me that was a don’t care. I like the look of the barrel. A bit rustic in surface texture, but elegant too, in the shapely design. I have not yet hooked it all up, I have to build the patio it's going to be on first, but I have high hopes for its use in the future. I love this rain barrel! Of course, as soon as we installed it, it didn’t rain for almost a month! But when it finally did rain, it filled up fast! I just ordered my second one! It was very easy to install. The only negative things I can say is 1) The top planter was misshaped, but once I put dirt and flowers in it, it fixed itself. There was not a problem flipping it and putting the top on without the planter side up. 2) It seems like when the barrel is filled to the top, the plants sit in muddy water. I really like this rain barrel. The green color is more muted than in the picture. It’s more of a gray-green than olive green.
