A little damaged by being delivered, scratched, contacted support and next day got back with me on ways to find a solution. But have yet to hear back now. Overall machine is pretty decent, sides get hot at first, but then cools off. The spacing is a little tighter than we thought. Normal 750ml wine bottles can’t really fit in both ways, that shows in picture (that’s a con), so I wouldn’t say 45 bottles. This wine fridge works great! I like that there are the light color choices. The wood shelves are nice. I prefer them over wire or metal racks. My one issue that I knew before I ordered is that it doesnt have full extension shelves. That makes it hard to see the bottles on the back half of the shelf. The freezer has a small pipe up to the cooling area - that's how the cooling area is cooled....via the freezer. As cold air drops, that's why the minimum temperature of the cooling area is around 41 degrees. For me, the freezer was the main reason to buy this and the cooling area was for my mixers and therefore just a bonus. The unit is quiet and the blue light is pleasing. Overall this is a no-brainer for around $250. Update: one tradeoff is you'll likely need to manually defrost at least once a year. Very nice looking. I did not give it a 5 star for the following reasons: Wooden shelves are flimsy and made of cheap wood. I think the manufacturer could have used better wood and charged $20 more for the unit. The temperature seems to fluctuate (+/- 2 to 3 degrees) from where I set it. We had one very minor issue at first where the door made a loud clicking noise when closing, but it turned out to be a simple adjustment. Tightening the bolts on the lower door hinge fixed it completely, and it’s worked perfectly since. The unit fit our kitchen bar cabinet almost like it was made for the space, giving it a clean built-in appearance. Once we make a few small trim adjustments, it’s going to look fully custom!
