[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This compact washer has been a really nice setup for me. I bought it for an upstairs laundry closet area where a normal size stacked washer and dryer just would not fit in my home. We are running the water lines next week and I honestly cant wait to get it installed up there, but for now the photos show it in my basement so I could try it out because I couldn’t wait. It’s compact, so I wouldn’t expect it to replace a full-size washer for giant loads, but that’s not really the point. For towels, clothes, smaller bedding, and regular day-to-day laundry, it seems like a really nice option. I like that it still has a lot of useful features like the AI Smart Dial, steam settings, and a quick cycle that works great when you just want to wash a smaller load without waiting forever. It also looks really sleek, and the size is a big part of why I chose it. It will fit perfectly in a smaller closet area where having laundry upstairs is actually possible, which makes it feel like such a practical upgrade for everyday use. It feels like a very smart solution for smaller in-between loads and added convenience. Another nice feature is that it’s WiFi connected. I wouldn’t say that’s something I really need, but it has actually been super nice to have. Getting it connected was a little finicky and took a couple tries, and that would be my only tiny nitpick because otherwise this machine is 5 stars all the way. Once it was connected, everything worked great. If you’re like me and throw in a load of laundry and then completely forget about it for a day or two, the phone notifications are a lifesaver and can save you from having to wash the same load all over again like I usually do Overall, I think this is a great option for someone who wants the convenience of a washer in a smaller space or on an upper floor. For me, it’s already been a big quality of life upgrade, and once it’s fully installed upstairs I know it’s going to make staying on top of laundry so much easier. The dryer works great. Thanks for asking. The delivery team was awesome. They used harness straps and guided the dryer upstairs to the laundry room. The delivery team said the use of harness straps would avoid damages to the property and merchandise as the delivery of the washer. While delivering the dryer, the techs also noticed scratch damages to the washer door, which was visible to us with sunlight. The washer was delivered by Appliance Home Delivery techs, which resulted in multiple damages to the exterior home stucco at the porch entry,, noticed while the owner, Edgar, of Appliance Home Delivery was visiting to address damages to the interior walls, which was reported to the property manager, scrapes and dirt on the interior walls, which was cleaned up by the owner of the Appliance Home Delivery, and scratches on the doors of the washer, noticed by Appliance Home Delivery techs while delivering the dryer, which was remedied by Wayfair, with discounts applied to the costs of the washer. Overall, the GE Model # GTW525ACW0WB washing machine is decent. To be honest I went to purchase the Maytag Commercial MVWP586GW however was out of stock and had a smaller load capacity at 3.8. Came across this GE Model and has slightly larger tub at 4.3 cu. ft. and has "some" commercial components although not sure what that really means. Motor has a 10 yr warranty. This machine allows for manual selection of the water level and an agitator which was a requirement. When leveled properly there is no vibration although the machine seems very loud however am able to shut the laundry room door. The machine does come with hoses which is a good thing if you need them. I would have preferred more of a commercial machine however this seems to get the clothes clean.. Nickname Required100. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We went from having no dishwasher to using this GE one and it feels like such a big lifestyle upgrade for us. It fits way more than we expected and we can load full dinner sets with bigger pots and pans without having to play Tetris. The rack layout makes it easier to organize everything and nothing tips over or shifts around. Performance has been solid everytime even with heavier meals, the dishes come out spotless. The auto open dry feature actually makes a difference too since everything comes out dry and ready to put away. It also runs really quiet which I love! It is well built with a stainless steel interior but unfortunately the outside seems like it can but scratched up so be careful! Although it isn’t a big deal to us since it’s just cosmetic.
