The shed is fine (although note it will take you 8+ hours to pull all the plastic wrapping off the pieces when you get it!!!). However, we had a bunch of issues with the installers. Wayfair contracted the assembly out to Angi and when they sent the first “professional”, he tried doing it by himself and completely damaged the shed. When I called Wayfair, they sent replacement parts and the parts never showed up (they shipped them to the wrong address). Wayfair then sent a replacement shed, but I had to take down the old one (as they said they don’t do demo work). Angi finally sent two new techs to perform the install of the new shed and it went better. However, from when I ordered the shed to when the second one got installed, it was over a month.. Nicholas. This worked out well for our needs. Definitely not a one-person assembly job as some pieces either didn't align exactly right or needed someone else to hold pieces together so they could be attached. The holes in the door don't align very well so it's hard to attach a small lock to keep the door from swinging outward. Everything was labeled and the instructions (mostly pictures with directional arrows) were easy to follow enough. If you can assemble Lego sets, the assembly instructions were about the same method. Yes, you need a floor. Do measure the space before buying and cutting (tip - HD will give you one free cut on the giant board. Having it in two pieces makes it much easier to install inside). We also needed a ladder to assemble the roof. It is a bit flimsy though it worked well for us as we installed this in the small space between the house and fence, nestled up against another part of a fence that does not open. This thing rocks. It shipps in 2 boxes (one is 100lbs). It shipped quick (3 days) and arrived on time. Produce wise, it was packed better than things that are 3x the cost. Between the box and the material was 1/2" of foam AND 1/4" of wood. There were also 1/8" corner guards. The instructions could be better in some cases, but nothing worse than any other product. I’m very happy with this shed overall. It’s very well made, feels sturdy, and was a great addition to my outdoor patio. The modern design looks much nicer than most storage sheds, and the interior is surprisingly spacious. It easily holds all of my patio equipment and outdoor supplies while keeping everything organized. The only downside I found is that the roof leaked a little where the back roof panels meet the side walls. It was a minor issue, but I sealed the inside with expanding spray foam and applied exterior caulk along the outside seam. Since doing that, it’s been completely waterproof and has held up well against the elements. Which is why I have it 4stars instead of 5. Other than that small issue, I highly recommend this shed. After reading several reviews I was a little leary about purchasing the storage shed but the price was right so I took a chance. Over all I found it to be a nice shed for the money. Not the easiest to put together because the instructions weren't the easiest to follow but I'm pretty handy and got it together in a day. The tin is very sharp so handle with care. The parts came packed fairly well and there was no damage or dents to the metal pieces. Among the complaints in the reviews that I read were that there were not enough screws to complete the job but that wasn't my problem. I had several screws left over. But if I do have a complaint it is that the screws are so small I had a problem putting the little nuts on the little screws. Another problem is the illustrations are so small sometimes it's not clear what you are to do. There is no text instructions, just illustrations. Wayfair was great to deal with; gave me a great price, had great communications and got the package to me very quickly. I recommend this shed and Wayfair for the reasons I've listed. But again. be very careful handling the metal pieces as they are very sharp. In fact they include a pair of mittens to use when handling the metal. But you can't work with the mittens on.. Anonymous. We are using it to store my son’s outdoor toys, plus adding any miscellaneous stuff in order to open up space in our garage. It’s a small shed, but you can really make the best out of the space. It has a sliding door for easy access, and vents to help circulate airflow in the shed. It took us over 4 ours to build; we might have been a little slow because there were some difficulties in lining up some of the premade holes that made us struggle a bit. When putting it together, I feared it would be too flimsy but as we finished building it, it was much more stable. However, we are going to secure it to something as a precaution because I’m not too confident it would survive the Santa Ana winds. Now that it is assembled I'm pleased with the final product but assembly was very tedious and annoying. All of the metal sheets and the trim pieces were covered in a clear plastic film that was very difficult to remove. The directions said removal was optional, but I can't imagine how it would look after a few years when it started to come off in bits and pieces. Also the directions were confusing and incomplete. Our large grill fits perfectly under the metal roof. There is also room for a chair or two. The small shed will be a very handy place to store lawn furniture during the winter and I plan to put a shelf unit inside for grilling accessories.
