Looks to be a great product. Transolid needs to improve the packaging. Ours arrived with damage to one corner which fortunately will be hidden once installed and should present no problems in future. Very small chips on the end are normal, as tiles are cut 60 inches and left unfinished at the end.

The first one came cracked in half. Very upsetting because I had to wait a while to get it. It was the last piece needed for my shower. Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement.
