These are great lights. The adjustable feature for color temperature works very well, and the lights themselves seem to be of good quality. These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. The NICOR Lighting 6-inch Recessed Adjustable Eyeball Trim with Baffle (17526WH) creates a simple and attractive finished look for any room. The durable steel constructed trims are is designed for PAR30 or BR30 light bulbs rated up to 75-Watts. The baffled eyeball trim helps reduce glare and absorb excess light at the ceiling line. The adjustable eyeball rotates 360 degrees and tilts up to 30 degrees to help light up those dark areas or highlight certain pieces of artwork. The 17526 eyeball trim installs to fit standard 6-inch recessed housings using torsion v-spring clips (included) for installation. The 17506 trims are available in Oil-Rubbed Bronze and White. The trim measures 8-inches in diameter with an adjustable lens aperture of 4.25-inches.
