I needed to cover a septic clean out pipe by my driveway. It works fine. Just a tad smaller than 12” for sure. It barely fit over the small pipe. These are just so beautiful. We will have three unique and beautiful colors in this design.. Sizes and color tones may vary a bit since each is handmade and hand painted. Keep that in mind. Photos are a representation of what you will receive, same design just each one of a kind as each is hand painted. If you place them outside, a liberal coating of clear sealer will insure it's longevity. Painstakingly handmade and hand painted, these are rustic and therefore may have some knicks, scratches, welds, etc. Do not expect a perfect piece. There will be scratches on the paint. That is normal and inherent with these pieces.

Pros: it is made of cast iron, heavy, which is nice. It was not hard to put together and hook up. It look nice decoratively Cons: when we hooked it up there was a very small leak on the top of the iron spout. Luckily we bought 2 and used the spout out of the other one, will need to return 1 or buy another spout. The holes on the top cap piece, if you lined them up and used the screws it left a small gap, without the screws it laid flat but is loose without the screws. Each 60-gallon great American rain barrel is fully re-purposed and comes with a hardtop, wide mouth, removable lid, a screen, a plastic threaded spigot, two 0.75" overflow valves, and a choice between two ports to place your spigot. Barrels are repurposed and will have markings. Paint improves aesthetics.
