Please clean this product regularly to ensure safe drinking. 2. Does the product smell? --- Please clean the lower water reservoir by soaking it in lemon water before use. 3. Poor refrigeration effect? --- Please note that when the yellow light comes on, the fan starts to cool down. It takes about 40-45 minutes to cool (0.08 gal each time, the cooling temperature is 46-59℉). Please do not put cold water in the cooling process, otherwise, the cooling time will be prolonged. After the cooling is over, the yellow light goes off, the fan stops running, and the cold water can be discharged.

The water is taken from your water source and filtered through the filters and then through the machine's hot and cold water tanks. The filter will purify the tap water eliminating any chlorine, lead, rust, and bacteria. There is also a built-in leak detector to automatically monitor the water flow from the water source into the machine. We have incorporated a self-clean ozone function which will automatically clean the machine’s water tank with the injection of ozone by the press of a switch. The dispensing area is 10x2.5x9.5 inches with 7.5 inches of space below the spouts. The water cooler is UL-listed. Setup is easy and the unit can be connected directly to your existing sink water line. All parts necessary for installation are included. The unit dimensions are 12x12x19 inches.
