This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. I ordered this for my husband's job. We've used it one time so far and it seems to be working well. It does use a lot of electricity since we had it plugged in we received an alert from our electric company. It is quite big. The picture make it looks smaller.
