I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. I live on gravel and use this mostly to clean off my car before parking in the garage and to blow debris out of the garage. It doesn’t have the power of a leaf blower but it is definitely lighter and much easier to handle than a leaf blower. It is also much quieter. Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place. When the painting first arrived, the artwork was detached from the frame in places, and there was about a 4 or 5 inch crack along the frame as well. There were also little bits of Styrofoam that appeared to have come loose and felt as if they were melted onto the corner of the frame. I notified Wayfair of the issue and they immediately sent a replacement, and I didnt even have to send the old one back (which was a relief since it is a 60 x 40 inch piece of artwork!). My husband and I have recently purchased A LOT of items from Wayfair for our new home. The first set came badly damaged. The canvas was stretched too tight and it broke the frame. I took pictures and sent it in and a replacement was shipped out. The second set was in perfect condition.
