I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Love it! I’m seriously impressed with how well everything works. The toilet is extremely responsive and there’s basically no delay at all. You click a button on the remote and it reacts immediately, which makes the whole thing feel much more premium than I expected. The auto-open feature is awesome too. It opens as soon as you walk up to it, and after getting used to it, it’s one of those features you don’t realize how convenient it is until you have it. The aromatherapy feature is also a really nice touch and makes the bathroom feel a little more luxurious. I was a little skeptical about the self-cleaning feature, but it actually works really well and definitely helps keep everything cleaner with less effort. The flush is also surprisingly powerful. It clears everything quickly and efficiently, and I haven’t had any issues with it at all. Overall, this has been a huge upgrade from a normal toilet. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. Bought AX-25 to reseal my pool deck and lanai. This stamped concrete deck has to be resealed every 2-3 years. Used tint from another company (very good stuff). However, I decide to give Foundation Armor a try for sealing. I am very pleased and find this to give a better appearance than the sealant I used before from the tint provider. Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement.
