It is non-yellowing, breathable, and low VOC. The protective high gloss film will reduce damage and deterioration caused by surface abrasion and water absorption including cracking, spalling, pitting, dusting, and the growth of mold, mildew, and algae.

I applied the Foundation Armor AX25 to my concrete driveway this fall, and the final result is outstanding. For prep, I made sure to thoroughly degrease the entire surface first. I applied two coats using a 3/8" solvent-resistant nap roller, and it laid down perfectly with absolutely no lap marks—which is usually my biggest concern with rolled clear coats. Coverage was right on the money. It took about four gallons to get two solid coats down on a double driveway plus a 20x3 foot walkway. I rolled it out on a day when it hit 20°C (68°F), dropping down to about 7°C (45°F) overnight, and it cured beautifully without any issues. I also mixed in SharkGrip for traction. Slip-resistant additives can sometimes dull a clear coat or cause it to streak, but the AX25 maintained a brilliant, high-gloss wet look even with the aggregate mixed in. It looks amazing and cured to a hard, professional-grade finish. Highly recommended.. Jeff. Calgary, AB. Mon Oct 05 2026

Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! I hope it will keep my concrete in great condition for next 3-4 years.. Junaid. Edmonton, AB. Mon Sep 15 2025

This spacious deck box offers a practical storage solution for any outdoor space. Whether you need to store garden tools, patio cushions, pool accessories, or package deliveries, it keeps your essentials organized and protected. Crafted from durable, weatherproof resin with a decorative wood-grain finish, it resists UV rays, moisture, and temperature changes—maintaining its appearance through all seasons. The lid features a gas-piston mechanism for smooth, safe, and controlled opening and closing—ideal for households with children. A lockable design adds security (padlock sold separately). With strong load-bearing capacity, it also works as an extra table or bench. Assembly is quick and straightforward with the included guide.

This 260 gallon water resistant resin lockable deck box is HUGE! In a good way! It would be an excellent option for storing patio cushions during rain and snow since it is water resistant. Although we considered that option, we are going to use it for product deliveries to our home to help packages from getting wet and destroyed and or stolen. We will have the lock open and ask the delivery driver to lock it when they leave. It is very durable and was easy to put together. The only problem that I feel could have some attention to are the directions. They are very confusing and not very user friendly. I probably could have put it together a lot quicker without looking at the directions. Besides that, the functionality and integrity of the deck box is truly a five-star. Weve also thought about storing chicken feed and or garden tools in it as well but I think we are opting for a delivery driver box! Thank you Wayfair!. Melissa. NV. Thu Jul 02 2026
