I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. This is an absolutely incredible budget espresso machine that is astonishingly well priced. The espresso comes out great. I use a setting of 10 microns on my burr grinder with the dual filter and it works nicely. The machine didn’t like when I set it to 5 microns or less. Comes with a lovely portafilter. To start, I was really excited about this product! It gets 4 stars because it’s not exactly what I expected. The cup comes with no instructions but is a fairly large size so good for a lot of product. Secondly it took a LONG time to heat up, I really look forward to my chai in the am, and it never really got a good froth. It warmed nicely but my tea mix stuck to the bottom also. Other products I’ve used to froth I can add both milkchai tea and froth together. All in all I will use it again but will try another setting on my stove to see if it helps.
