This is a beautifully designed multi-functional building. This is our largest building made from Ultrawood. This flagship building has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views. The is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or in-ground swimming pool, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or a banquet hall. This building includes a two-tier Duraflex PC roof reinforced truss supports, sliding tempered glass lockable windows. There are three entrances, one French double door entrance made of heavy-duty aluminum and tempered glass, and two sliding door entrances. The sketch shows the main double swing French door entrance on the front side and both sliding door entrances on the left side of the building. However, the door entrances are the same dimensions as the window wall sections therefore they can be placed in any position and the installer can decide at the time of installation. For example, you can put the double swing French door entrance on the side and put the sliding doors in any position where there is a window wall section. A screen kit upgrade can be added to the building at the time of order for a small additional fee. The screens can cover all the window openings and slide on a separate track independently from the window thus providing the user with ultimate flexibility to have windows closed, windows open with screens, or windows and screens both open and the same time.

This chandelier was such a disappointment in that the globe appears to be a brushed cream opaque color, however, when it arrived it was glossy glass that was brownish gold - nothing like what the photo looked like! The light itself is very pretty when you get it up... For a $570 dollar light you would think it would come with all the mounting hardware, ground screw, and the hardware that did come with it should have been long enough. After figuring out how to fit the wires into the small hole for the fixing when it was time to put it up the screws were to short and you couldn't screw the cap on. So we had to unscrew the cap and use replacement screws that were long enough (too long so we had to add nuts). Screwing the caps on was extremely difficult do to the lack of space. The instructions were poor and you have to assemble to flowers (dont forget about them because I did and we need to add them after our battle). Overpriced for the lack of assembly and materials..
