Very pleased with this composter. It took about 1hr to put together. The instructions were clear and concise. The screws and such were clearly labeled and in separate bags. The cranking and locking mechanism seem to work well. After I assembled it I entirely filled one side and was able to crank and lock without issue. I feel like this is a solid composter and especially at this price.. Madeleine. Portland. Fri Apr 17 2026

The Aerobin is a technological breakthrough in home and garden waste management. It uses a patented lung ® or aeration core inside a sealed bin to promote aerobic break down of organic matter, which experts say is the preferable method to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

This has worked well for us. Way to out together and produces a great compost. One thing to note is that the compost can rest on the bottom ledge inside which can make it difficult to open the doors. I have had to take apart the bin on one occasion to release the compost. Didn’t love that.. Nicole. Phoenicia, NY. Thu Apr 16 2026

I like that I didnt have to screw but 2 bolts. The frame snaps together and the tumbler only needs the center partition placed and then the door slides on. 10 minutes! Its nice and sturdy, and easy to tumble. The compost will be easy to remove by sliding the door open and rotating it downward. My compost is only a week into the making and its 80 degrees. A few more weeks to go! Its made in either the USA or Canada and I like that! Good choice, good price.. Penny. Sat Mar 12 2022

The one I had previously has been turned into a coffee ground respoitory to disturb the chipmunks. It never was quite large enough to serve well as a compost bin. So, I went looking and THIS is the perfect size for me. It is just me, but I think most couples would not need anything larger. It doesn't take a huge amount of space from my counter, either..
