We purchased 4 of these chairs and absolutely love them. We have had them a little over 7 months and they look like they are brand new. They resist fade from the sun and feel sturdy. The seat is a tad deep, so older/heavier individuals have had slight difficulty getting out of them. Overall a great choice and a great value. My son (11 years) assembled all of them by himself. I searched carefully for a trashcan that would both look good in the kitchen and be the right size for a small household (1- 2 people). This one is perfect. I chose platinum because I didn’t want it to be too shiny. It’s tall enough (26 inches) to hold a 13 gal., tall kitchen trash bag, but narrow enough (11.5 inch diameter) that I can still open my cabinets. (See photos.) The capacity is only 8 gallons, but if the bag has a drawstring, it’s easy to make a 13-gal. gal bag fit well.
