When it comes to making sauce, gravy, or other liquid foods, the saucepan is your go-to. Its high, straight sides lend themselves well to frequent stirring or whisking that comes with making sauces, limiting spilling. And the smaller surface area holds heat well and limits evaporation. As part of our collection, this saucepan features a bonded tri-ply construction made with a responsive aluminum core pressed together with 2 layers of durable, stainless steel around the surface, for fast and even heat. To keep your all-clad looking brand new, we recommend washing your cookware with soap and a sponge instead of the dishwasher. Bonded, engineered, & assembled in the USA.

The copper that creates its extraordinary presence is also what gives Cop-R-Chef its extraordinary performance. The heavy-gauge copper outer layer produces unparalleled evenness of heat, allowing precise control for delicate recipes. Cop-R-Chef is a gleaming example of All-Clad artisanship. Depending upon your preference, Cop-R-Chef can be polished to a high luster, or allowed to antique, naturally, for a more traditional appearance. Cop-R-Chef is an ideal choice for professional chefs and gourmet cooks who desire supreme control and a classic copper aesthetic. The workhorse of all cookware shapes, the versatile shape, and size this All-Clad frying pan makes it a frequent choice for scrambling eggs and bacon on Sunday morning or preparing a quick chicken to sauté dinner on a weeknight. This conventional fry pan goes in the oven and under the broiler, making it even more convenient. In addition to its ideal thermal conductivity, Cop-R-Chef's heavy-gauge copper outer layer disperses heat laterally across the bottom surface, as well as vertically along the sidewalls of the cookware, so your food cooks evenly every time. The pure aluminum center core further enhances heat distribution to eliminate hot spots and ensure fantastic results. The 18/10 stainless steel interior creates the ideal cooking surface that won't react with food.

This is my first piece of All-Clad and my first time shopping at Wayfair, and my order arrived on time. First thing I noticed about this 3 quart All-Clad sauté pan was that my 3 quart Farberware sauté pan, which this pan replaced, fit inside of it. The All-Clad is slightly wider. If you fill this pan with 3 quarts of water it stops just below where the curve of the lip begins, about 1/2 inch deep from the very top of the pan, which means you can hold the helper handle to pour it all out without spilling. Most pans, when they say 1, 2, 3 or more quarts the water level will be right at the top of the lip and possibly overflow with a single drop of more liquid. The second thing I noticed was that three slices of bacon rested flat in the pan, without curling up the sides, thus it cooked my bacon more evenly. When the bacon was halfway cooked, with enough bacon grease covering the bottom of the pan, I cracked in three eggs, one at a time, pushing the first one out of the way of the second, and so on, till I had three eggs over easy. The best thing is, neither the bacon or the eggs stuck to the bottom of the pan. After cooking I just poured the bacon grease into my bacon grease jar, poured two cups of hot water in the pan, swirled it around a bit and dumped it the sink. I wiped the pan out with a paper towel and it was clean. The next thing I cooked was Chicken Parmesan. I really enjoyed adding the tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top of the breaded chicken and then just sticking the whole pan in the oven, instead of transferring it to baking dish. The 3 quart sauté pan is my go-to pan of choice, the only other pan I ever use is a 3 quart sauce pan, so this in d5 Brushed Stainless will probably be my next purchase, but I'm keeping my cast-iron dutch oven!. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a high-quality and luxurious fan. It is a unique shape, but works just as well as a fan with a more common design. It was pretty standard setup. It required a few extra steps of assembly due to the higher quality build of the motor and its capsule, but nothing crazy. The size would do incredibly well in a large room or an outdoor setting. The only thing that would make this fan perfect is a light! The remote works as it should as well and it’s an incredible silent fan! :). Samanthah. Sat Aug 01 2026

Beautiful. Various subtle surface textures (matte and satin finish) as well as texture of canvas showing in some places which looks great. The floater frame is beveled and is a champagne colour if you are looking straight on. The sides of the frame are black. The canvas sides are finished even though you can’t really see them very well in the 1/4 space. The frame and canvas are good quality.
