Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. Turn any room into a relaxing home spa.The high-power 3L, 1500W steamer delivers enveloping warmth in just 5–10 minutes and pairs with a handy remote for effortless control. Crafted with a waterproof Oxford cloth exterior, quilted cotton insulation, and a smooth satin-poly lining, it retains heat beautifully and wipes clean with ease. Thoughtful touches—dual-head zipper for inside/out access, a transparent window for visibility, and a side pocket for your phone or book—make every session simple and comfortable. Setup takes about 5 minutes, and it folds down compactly for closet storage. Includes a folding chair, 3L steamer, remote, and floor mat. Friendly support available within 24 hours.

This is a great steamer. It is great for one person, 2 is ok but 3 is an absolute NO! The “chairs” that come with it are literally toddler beach chairs. So tiny and low to the ground. An adult would not sit in them. Definitely buy your own waterproof bench. Just measure to make sure it fits. Everything else is great. Easy and quick to set up. The cords on the 2 steamers are short so you may need to use an extension cord. But they automatically shut off when water runs out and they only go up to 45 mins. You will need to get batteries for the remotes as well. (The flat batteries). Over all I gave it a 4 because the chairs are ridiculous, the cords on the boilers are short, and the plastic thing that the steam comes out of could be better quality. But for the price and a first time steamer this is definitely worth the money!!. Vicki. Wed Dec 31 2025

Write a review and receive a rebate!

I had some buyers remorse after I purchased this and read some additional reviews about how it had trouble heating up. I didn't realize it didn't use a standard electric spa heater. When I saw "Friction Heating" I thought that was in addition to normal electric heating and was a motor heat recovery unit and an energy saving feature. This was very new to me as the last time I bought a spa was 30 years ago. After installing and using it for going on 4 months, I must say I am impressed with the function and performance so far. It does take around 24 hours to get to from 75 to 100 degrees but once it got there it maintains the set temperature very well. Some of the reviews mentioned that it had a hard time heating in cold weather and maybe that is true for them but here in Florida I haven't had any problems even during some of the 30 degree cold fronts we had. The spa shell is very solid and seems durable. It has decent number of jets and water movement and we are really enjoying this spa. Now for my observations on what could be better. As some of the other reviews have mentioned the outer shell is very thin vinyl panels. Not a problem so far but they are pretty flimsy and hurricane force winds might cause them to buckle. The pump and control access panel is this same vinyl material and it is held in place by screws so to access anything you have to unscrew it rather than via a hinged door access like most spas. The single speed pump works fine but it would be nice to be able to add a little more massage power to the jets. A two speed pump would be preferable. Lastly, the instruction manual should be specific to a single spa model and not cover multiple models where some of the functions and features aren't pertinent to the one you are working with. Would I recommend this spa? For the solid inner shell, user friendly controls, and the included accessories, in this price range, all delivered free to your home in less than a week? Yes, I recommend this spa.. William. Jensen Beach, FL. Thu Jul 09 2026

Spa Chlorine for Hot Tub Sanitizer - 5lb - Quick Dissolving Hot Tub Chlorine Granules, Spa Chemicals Made in The USA - AquaDoc

We decided to try this chlorine for our hot tub because the price is reasonable and the chemicals are made in the United States. I especially like the bucket the chlorine is in because it has a great safety lock. The chlorine works as expected and the water is crystal clear.. Rachel. New Orleans, LA. Wed Sep 30 2026
