The Armor AX25 combines two great products into one! With the AX25, you get a penetrating water repellent sealer, and a high gloss acrylic coating - all packed into one amazing product! The Armor AX25 is a solvent-based siloxane-infused acrylic sealer designed to enhance, seal, and protect concrete and paver surfaces. It will darken the surface and enhance any dull and faded coloring, and protect the surface with a durable high gloss surface film. The Armor AX25 is a fantastic sealer if you are looking to bring out dull and faded surfaces, enhance surfaces with a high gloss wet look finish, and provide superior water repellency benefits to the surface. The Armor AX25 also doubles as a cure and seal and can be applied to new concrete. The Armor AX25 is made from high quality, non-recycled, US manufactured resins. It is non-yellowing, breathable, and low VOC. The protective high gloss film will reduce damage and deterioration caused by surface abrasion and water absorption including cracking, spalling, pitting, dusting, and the growth of mold, mildew, and algae.

I applied the Foundation Armor AX25 to my concrete driveway this fall, and the final result is outstanding. For prep, I made sure to thoroughly degrease the entire surface first. I applied two coats using a 3/8" solvent-resistant nap roller, and it laid down perfectly with absolutely no lap marks—which is usually my biggest concern with rolled clear coats. Coverage was right on the money. It took about four gallons to get two solid coats down on a double driveway plus a 20x3 foot walkway. I rolled it out on a day when it hit 20°C (68°F), dropping down to about 7°C (45°F) overnight, and it cured beautifully without any issues. I also mixed in SharkGrip for traction. Slip-resistant additives can sometimes dull a clear coat or cause it to streak, but the AX25 maintained a brilliant, high-gloss wet look even with the aggregate mixed in. It looks amazing and cured to a hard, professional-grade finish. Highly recommended.. Jeff. Calgary, AB. Tue Oct 06 2026

A blade chops herbs; a pestle bruises them, and that is a different flavour. The Alva Nori 2-Cup Cast Iron Mortar and Pestle crushes garlic, spices and herbs rather than slicing them, rupturing the cells so the essential oils come out into the food instead of staying locked inside. Solid cast iron gives it the weight to do that with almost no effort from you, and the mass keeps the mortar planted on the counter instead of skidding. Two cups is enough for a curry paste or a batch of pesto, not just a clove of garlic. The interior develops a naturally seasoned patina with use. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Hand wash and dry. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

I like the heaviness of this mortar and pestle. I use it a lot. I am using it for smashing garlic, grinding cumin and other spices and herbs. I am learning other uses for this too. It is a good size. It does need to be dried after washing and this is not a problem for me. I highly recommend this.. Cary. CT. Thu Jan 08 2026

Prepare herbs, spices and sauces the way our ancestors did--with handmade stone tools. Grupon Comonfort presents this unique .molcajete. or stone mortar, crafted by hand from volcanic basalt in the shape of an upside-down turtle. The pestle, called a .tejolote., is used to grind or crush the foodstuffs in the molcajete. The molcajete can also be used as a unique serving dish for salsa or guacamole...The artisans recommend that the molcajete be 'cured' before the first use. To cure the molcajete, place some dried beans, corn or rice in the bowl and grind with the pestle until pulverized. Allow the pulverized grain to sit for 15 minutes. Once this has been done, the molcajete can be hand washed and allowed to dry. This step will ensure that any stone dust remaining from the carving process does not affect the food.
