I was hesitant on ordering this through wayfair for a few reasons, due to its my first spa, the amount of money and I would have to hire my own mover to its location. If you deal with a store they take care of everything for the most part. After my research for about a year I decided this particular Insight spa was the better option (price point, quality, warranty, jets features etc.) and I was not disappointed. I do want to mention it says 7 people yes the seating is available but I feel it can comfortably fit 4 adults but that's my opinion and that is way ok for my needs. My delivery went well slight delay but no damage, the tub was packaged really well. I did call Strong Spa customer service, did not wait long on the phone to find where the control was for the water feature and the agent sent me a photo and was very helpful. I truly love this spa it has everything I need and felt I made a good decision despite being a tad fearful. I did buy a thermo type cover to place over the spa cover for the winter because I live in Northern Indiana to help keep heater pump from kicking on as much. I hope this spa will last me quite awhile. Over all given my experience with wayfair customer service and Strong Spa customer service along with some things I had to coordinate for myself without the help of a local store I would do it again for sure.. I LOVE this filler!! I wish I would have spent the extra money for the refrigeration but it’s still been great. My only critique, I wish the water dispenser had a more centered pour, it sprays a little too wide and it is difficult to clean.. Jennyanne. Twin Falls, ID. Tue Aug 11 2026

The Armor SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.
