It's certainly lighter weight, smaller than I imagined. Maybe I chose the wrong one. The metal is thin. It has a floor FRAME, but bare bottom. I'm putting mine on concrete for garden tools, and storage so I attached a sub floor wood panel, cut to size, attached to the floor frame, with bearing 360 wheels just in case I need to move it for any reason. It Arrived with damage to all panels, in the exact same panel area.UPDATE....ALMOST ALL OTHER PARTS WERE SCRAPED, SCRATCHED. I IMAGINE THIS WAS DUE TO THE RAW EDGED WOOD PIECES USED FOR SHIPPING/PACKAGING!! Who does this??? Area around holes for screws were scratched up. As if it had been assembled before. This is a tin shed. You get what you pay for and it has exceeded my expectations. Overall took me 2 hours to build and I recommend a second set of hands for the first few wall panels. Instructions were better than other outfits that sell these sheds (clear with some words). Some holes didnt align but drilled through fine. Overall 90 was perfect during install. Likely 10 was my mistakes. There is no floor included in this shed. Even if you have a solid concrete slab I recommend putting on plywood as there are holes to secure it to. This makes it more water tight. With mine l build a platform out of 2x4 to keep it from sitting directly where water can puddle. Inside storage is good, fits my shovelsrakes weed eater (at an angle) and I found some shelves that fit the width length for great storage. If I had more room I would upgrade to a larger size of this same shed! Also it is worth mentioning this is not air tight. the ceiling does have gaps making it breathable but large enough for small critters to get into. Just saying in case you don’t want unwanted guest.. The floor was not very sturdy but my handyman solved that by putting treated wood below it and now it is very sturdy. In addition we used the hardware included and drilled it into the concrete slab we made for it to stand on. When I first opened the package and itemized the contents I was quite apprehensive about the quality and strength of the shed. However, as my wife and I put the components together I could appreciate the concepts used in reinforcing the significant parts. For instance instead of one large sheet for the back, sides and roof there were 3 to 4 sections that have to be screwed together and strengthened with cross members. This makes for a stronger outcome rather than 1 large thin wobbly panel. Recommendations would include longer screws for connecting panels to cross members as there are 3 layers of metal to penetrative and trying to do this with a 1/4 inch screw was maddening. The second recommendation is that the instructions for the roof make it clear what end of the panel should face the front/back so the proper width is achieved and the holes are synced. First off you definitely need two people to build it. It goes together relatively easily and is not particularly complicated. The holes don’t always line up so it would be beneficial to have self tapping sheet metal screws. Depending on what yOu sit the shed on you will want to attach it and this doesn’t come with anything to attach it with. It is not heavy and will blow away on a windy day. The lock doesn’t lock.
