Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. I love this hot tub. I originally bought an inflatable hot tub and quickly discovered we loved it. So we ordered this tub. I was expecting it around May 14th to the 22nd but it came early on the 2nd. The delivery drivers were absolutely incredible. We had planned to set the tub at the far end of our gravel dirt driveway and the delivery drivers were kind enough to bring it as far as they could which was actually right next to where we were going to put it. They were wonderful and made it so easy for us to get the tub where we needed it. It is quite heavy so we had 4 guys here to help us move it after the delivery drivers left. It wasnt too bad to get it into position. My only complaint about the hot tub is the access panel screws are put in at an angle. I had to buy a right angle drill adapter to remove the screws. And some of the screws no longer catch on the panel to hold it together now. My other complaint is that the holes are large enough for rodents to get into the access panel. So we had to cover those holes in wire mesh. A minor issue but it was fixable. My biggest complaint is just the difficulty in accessing the pump. My other complaint is the cover has 3 holes on each side that go through the fabric and show the foam inside. I would think thats not right but its on both sides and the holes are in the same position on both sides and perfect circles. I dont know if those are intentional though or not.. Tyler. The spa panel replacement kit offers an economical way to re-skirt a hot tub with weathered panels. The flexible design and unique built-in flange allow for a quick and simple installation. The Flexible Spa Panel will fit spas that are less than 96″ x 96″ (or 32′) in total length and with a panel height of less than 34.5″. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. The panels have a built-in overlap design, which makes installation easier. To continue access to the spa's equipment panel, we include flange pieces for an access door. More information is provided in our instructions manual. The panels ship in a single carton in 5 separate rolls, with color-matched screws included. The installer will need a circular saw, a string, measuring tape, a drill, and a pencil.

Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if youre hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a 220v hot tub would. We just got ours set up this week and plan on only running it from May through Sept.. Alissa. New Haven, MI. Sun Oct 11 2026

This 3-person hot tub elevates any get-together year-round. After some research and looking at different options, I landed on this sauna. It arrived fairly quickly, in the instructions were very easy to follow. It took me roughly a day to put together, in the final result was incredible. My wife and I use this 3 to 5 times a week, and it's been the perfect way to recover and to improve our sleep. I initially had some concerns about how it would hold up in the Texas heat (yes, call us crazy for buying a sauna in Texas), but so far everything has been excellent. The heater is perfectly sized, and it has been a fantastic overall addition to our backyard.. Chris123. Austin, Texas. Mon Oct 12 2026

So far we are loving it. Small enough to fit in our sunroom, and the jets are so powerful and soothing! Still learning the ins and outs of water chemistry, etc., but we absolutely are in heaven in this spa. Three people would be a pretty tight fit, but great for a couple.. Paula. WY. Mon Aug 26 2019
