Love this tree! It shipped very quickly and was packaged well. All the pieces are numbered so it’s super simple to put together, took maybe 15 mins at most. I absolutely love this tree! While it doesn’t look entirely real up close, it makes a truly great addition to the house. As you can see in the picture in my living room, it fits perfectly tucked into the corner right next to the stone accent wall and the large windows. I now own 4 of these trees, use them as a screen between my back deck (outside) and my neighbor's. They are incredibly lifelike. Upon opening there is a faint odor that dissipates after a few days. Trees come very well packaged, and though "branches" are bent you can reshape them. The height is only attainable with the highest branch straighened. The pots naturally collect some rainwater, so I use mosquito donuts to prevent insect infestation. This ficus tree exceeded my expectations. The size is perfect for the space, and I’m especially impressed by how full it is—there are plenty of leaves and no sparse or awkward areas. The branches and foliage have a very natural look, so it doesn’t have that obvious “artificial plant” appearance that some faux trees do.
