Trees come very well packaged, and though "branches" are bent you can reshape them. The height is only attainable with the highest branch straighened. The pots naturally collect some rainwater, so I use mosquito donuts to prevent insect infestation. The tree arrived in a lightweight, easy to manage box. It is about 3 inches shorter than 78" which is fine as it is handmade. The branches are attached securely and the trunk (made up of four intertwined trunks) looks very realistic. The leaves are a medium green and quite attractive. It took only a few minutes to "fluff" to my taste. The fact that it didn't come with a decorative pot was good as I had my own pot.
