As someone who’s been renting a washer and dryer for over four years, I am so happy to officially have my own and that it’s from Wayfair. As we know, there are lots of washer and dryer options but I did my due diligence and looked up reviews (highly recommend you do the same) and it was clear that GE was and continues to be a trusted brand! When purchasing the washer and dryer I signed up for the installation as well, but there was some kind of mix up because it was delivered on time but the driver’s paperwork didn’t show my installation package. I ended up having to call Wayfair several times to get this resolved but eventually I ended up finding my own technician to get it installed. A step I didn’t foresee having to take, but Wayfair was apologetic and refunded me back a nice amount so no complaints there. Regarding the washer and dryer, I like that it’s from a trusted brand and up-to-date enough for me! I didn’t want a high-tech, touch screen, WiFi-needing washer and dryer. From my research, those are the ones that have the most issues. I just wanted something simple where I could wash my clothes and dry them with no problem (I was also adamant about it having an agitator) and with this GE set I can do just that. If you’re interested in the same I highly recommend purchasing this too.. Jalyssa. Stonecrest, GA. Fri Sep 25 2026

Wonderful, simple ease of operation, & effective cleaning, with deceptively large drum & depth for great load size. Worried for years at new digital machines due to past experiences with locking lids, poor fill depths, & pre-mature drains with lid open while gathering missed items… But, turns out that’s mostly my fault LOL. This one still does it, but have everything ready to go (cancels premature drain, & irritation at locked lid once washing begins). Fill depth is based on load type, if you require full water fill depths… select Heavy Duty for large loads… other weight sensitive pre-sets are great.. Cecilia. Fri Sep 04 2026

Originally, I was enticed by a special offer on a model similar with stainless steel interior, which is what I wanted. Then GE took that price away after I slept on it. Then I ordered this one not realizing it was plastic inside. Be careful when ordering appliances and if you see a price you like, grab it! Do not sleep on it or you may lose out. For that, I am angry. .Then came the delivery kerfuffle. I was not communicated with a proper delivery date and was surprised by a call stating they'd be here in 15 minutes! When I did get the dishwasher, the instructions were only fair. The toughest part of installing myself was getting it into position properly. I didn't get very good assistance from the GE delivery company and was not impressed with Wayfair's help when I first realized I could not get the one I wanted. All in all, however, this dishwasher performs very well and has the safety auto-shutoff I was looking for since I've had bad luck with prior dishwashers, especially Bosch!. Ron. Toms River, NJ. Samsung top load washer with soft close lid and self-clean

Good washer I waited around two weeks for it to be delivered. The delivery thing did not install or haul away my old washer. I had a runaround with three different companies to solve this issue. Eventually, Wayfair just refunded me for the delivery. Definitely will not use Wayfair again for large appliances.. Maria. Hahira, GA. Thu Sep 24 2026

Very nice, large capacity washer. Quiet machine and clothes are washed in great shape! Delivery appreciated! Gifted to our daughter’s and her family! Thank you!. Veronica. Mcallen, TX. Tue Sep 29 2026

The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick, efficient and polite. It was approximately the same price as everyone else, but because were members of Wayfair Rewards, we got a rebate of , I believe, 70, so it was worth it!. Richs. Saint Charles Il. Wed Apr 30 2025
