Exactly what I needed, literally. Same heavy fabric as original awning from same company. Fits frame as original did. Fabric lasts about 4-5 years, so needs replacement. Sand color coordinates well with my light yellow stucco on my house. If still made in a few more years will buy them again.. Randy. Albuquerque, NM. Tue Nov 26 2024

This was a perfect replacement for my old awning. Simple to install. The fabric is thick and does wonders keeping the back room of the house shaded and cooler. Out of four awnings we have installed previously, this one is by far the best.. Janet. Merced, CA. Mon Aug 17 2026

We ordered two of these for our western windows. The kitchen could get up to 104°, however, after installing these, we don’t have a problem with that anymore. They’re relatively easy to assemble, but we’ve had experience putting things together. Someone who’s never put something like this together, the instructions are only pictures. But they look nice and I’m so glad that we purchased them.. Lee. Highland, MI. Wed Aug 26 2026

A little tricky and time consuming to instal but well worth it! They look beautiful! Please note that the wider ones have an intentional seam in the middle. They almost look like two were sewn together to make it wider which for the price seems odd. I initially thought it was a defect. Other than that they are great quality! Had to buy other kinds of screws to instal.. Anonymous. Wed Dec 11 2024

I like it. Works and looks great. My only issue was the expansion bolts to mount it are for solid brick walls, not 2 inch stucco on a building. Ill have to go to the hardware store to get different materials to mount correctly.. David. Long Beach, CA. Sun Jun 09 2024
