Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. This Trinsic rough-in kit may be installed prior to choosing the specific trim and finish. Allows for construction or a renovation project to proceed without delays when narrowing down a design style. The Trinsic trim kit is sold separately and is required to complete the unit. Save time, effort, and money on future renovation updates because there’s no need to alter plumbing on the floor.

We had our contractor install two of these heaters with the covered patio extension we built last spring.
