Nice bathtub. Just the size we need for a small space. Works great. The control for opening and closing the drain is not great. By far my biggest complaint was the goofy discharge hose that comes with it. It's useless and an odd size. Like what they use for a BILDGE pump discharge on a boat! Be prepared to spend some time phutsing around with that if you buy this item.. Geoffrey. Pompano Beach, FL. Mon Jan 01 2024

Poor quality, poor assembly instructions, shipped in shoddy packaging- impossible to return in “original packaging”. When plumber first installed, it poured water all over the floor, had to reseal with marine grade sealant. Simba Usa has very poor (no) customer service. Looks amazing installed, and the air and water bubbles and lights all work as expected. My only reason for not giving it five stars is that the panel is very sensitive which can make it tricky to operate/change modes. But hopefully we'll get the hang of it (have had it about a month.).
