I have purchased a similar toilet a couple of years ago. Different name but same manufacturer. Both toilets have VERY difficult ways of changing the sensor settings. The factory defaults are good but not appropriate in all situations. For example, we have our toilet in our Master Bath. The sensor opens the lids every time someone walks by it. That doesnt work well in a MB. You can adjust the sensitivity of the flush/lid sensor but the procedure is from some alternate dimension. I finally wrote the seller who had the manufacturer contact me with instructions. There are some Youtube instructions out there too but they are not always accurate. I had missing parts and the manufacturer replaced them promptly. Overall, for me, the support and service were excellent. The toilet itself is solid. It is heavy, well-made, good height, and functional. Installation can get difficult if you supply valve is in the wrong place. I had to tear out the wall to put in electrical so I moved the supply line while I was in there. I would recommend this toilet and plan to purchase another for our spare bathroom.. Kevin. TN. This is a very nice modern toilet. It is the second Crestle modern toilet I purchased. the first one (model 2308k) had a narrower seat in the front and is one of the reasons I bought this one. On installation, I see others had problems. However, it is relatively easy if you first remove the bidet cover. There are two plastic covers over the 2 screws on the front of the bidet cover that have to be removed. Unfortunately, the instructions that come with this model don't explain this, as well as don't show bolting the toilet base down. which you have to like all toilets. Interestingly, the other model has clear instructions on how to do this. The other mistake in the instructions both toilets have is on the battery backup. You do not have to disconnect the power line and reconnect to the battery line to do this as shown in the instructions. Just put in a 9-volt battery in the battery holder. There's honestly not *too* much to tell about this-it's a toilet and it does what it's supposed to! The flush action is pretty good for a rear outlet toilet and all the parts come with it that are necessary. The seat it comes with is decent, not outlandishly cheap like some toilets come with.
