I’m afraid I can’t recommend this cooler. The price was better than other roto-molded coolers on the market, but it did not perform much better than my injection molded ice chest and it had some significant drawbacks Pro: -pretty -leak proof -cheaper than yeti, rtic, etc -divider and basket -love the drain Con: -heavy (30 lb empty) -over 3x as much as my old igloo and did not seem any better at holding ice -SHALLOW! At 10 qt more than my other cooler I wasn’t planning on it being so much shorter inside. I went to put in a jug of ice coffee and it was too tall to fit ‍♀️ -trying to copy the mesh netting on the rtic was a cool idea, but the dumb adhesive/velcro did not hold up. Michael. CA. The latches are some of my favorite latches on any cooler that I have used. They are easy to open and close with just two fingers. Making the design far more attractive than most other cooler high end cooler brands. I feel that the size of the cooler fits in a sweet spot of not being too big or small. It is the perfect size for a multiple day camping trip for a few people. The ice retention is pretty solid; the cooler held 30 pounds of ice for roughly 5 days in 95+ degree heat. As far as complaints with the cooler I don't have many. I am not fond of the new rubber handles once the cooler is loaded with ice and drinks it is not comfortable to hold. I have had another lifetime cooler in the past and it has hard plastic handles that were much more comfortable to use when carrying a full cooler. The next complaint isn't really much of a complaint but more of a wish. It would be nice if the cooler came with a pressure relief valve for when traveling to high elevations.. Mason211.
