This is a lovely cloud modular sectional. The cushions are firm foam, but are comfortable. The fabric is nice and soft and the covers are washable. I love that it can be configured into different seating options. It also has side pockets which is super convenient! My only complaint is that the sofa does not support your neck, as the back and cushions are set pretty low. I would not recommend this for an older person or someone with mobility issues.. Jessica. I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. I love the modular design it’s handy and gives you flexibility to arrange the pieces however you like. My only wish is that there were some built-in connector to keep the modules together, like the metal brackets some sectional sofas have.
