48 Inch To 60 Inch Extendable Table

Bring flexibility and modern elegance to your dining area with this 3-in-1 extendable pedestal dining table. Designed to adapt to your lifestyle, it effortlessly transforms from a compact 47” round table (seats 4) to a 65” oval (seats 6), and fully extends to 83” long (seats 8) — perfect for intimate dinners, family meals, or hosting guests. Supported by a sturdy pedestal base, this space-saving table offers maximum legroom while maintaining a sleek, balanced look. Crafted from durable MDF and it’s ideal for modern homes that demand both style and versatility.

I really love the look of this table and I'm torn between 3/4 stars. The pedestal design is beautiful, the walnut color is gorgeous, and I love that it converts from round to oval. The extension leaves work really well and are surprisingly substantial and heavy. Assembly was pretty easy too. That said, I’m disappointed in the quality of the materials, especially for the price. The laminate in particular feels pretty cheap. One of the pedestal posts already has laminate peeling away at the seam (it was like this at delivery), and you have to be really careful when putting in some of the screws and bolts because the laminate can easily peel or get damaged around those areas. My table was also missing some of the parts needed to secure the tabletop to the pedestal. I contacted customer service about that, and the manufacturer was very nice and immediately sent out the missing parts, which I really appreciated. I haven’t contacted them about the peeling laminate because I think I can fix it myself with some contact cement. Since the pedestal is such a large piece, I really don’t want to go through the hassle of replacing it if I can avoid it. I may still reach out if I can’t fix it, although I see the table is currently out of stock. Overall, I really do love this table and wish this exact design were available in real wood. It’s not an inexpensive table, and I do think it’s overpriced for the quality of the materials. I would happily pay more for this same design if it were made with real wood and a better-quality finish. It’s a beautiful, functional table, I just wish the quality matched the price.. Anonymous. This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend.. Solid wood expandable round dining table blends mid-century aesthetics and practical functionality. Its telescoping top toggles between compact round and roomy oval with concealed under-table open storage for dinnerware. Reinforced robust frame paired with waterproof, wipeable tabletop fits diverse room layouts and allows quick hassle-free assembly.

This is a great little table! It’s the perfect size for our apartment – whether we have the leaves in or not. It can fit for at its smallest and six comfortably with the leaves in. It could fit eight in a pinch. The storage area holds more than expected- all our silver plus more. The expansion function works really well and locks into place. The mid century design is sleek and minimalist. Very easy to assemble- just attach four legs.. Lara. San Francisco, CA. Wed Sep 30 2026

This extendable dining table features a classic pedestal base that easily adjusts to accommodate family meals and weekend gatherings. Crafted from solid rubberwood, it pairs timeless design with day-to-day functionality in your dining space. The central butterfly leaf mechanism seamlessly expands the surface space to seat up to six people for casual dinners or special occasions. When retracted, the compact profile keeps your room feeling open and uncrowded. It also features a sturdy turned column that provides balanced support across the entire base.

Assembly was a little tricky because the leaf did not align with the pre-drilled holes. Moving the hardware fixed this. There is a little crack right in the middle of the leaf which was there upon arrival but a centerpiece can cover this up. All in all I like the look of the table. Anonymous. Fri Jul 10 2026

This extendable dining table comes in three sizes: when closed, it’s a godsend for small spaces, as it can be placed upright against a wall to save space; when extended, adding one extension leaf accommodates 4–6 dining chairs, while two extension leaves accommodate 6–8 chairs, making it a spacious table perfect for dinner parties. The built-in sliding tracks glide as smoothly as silk, and the table fits together seamlessly when extended or retracted—a hallmark of masterful craftsmanship. Sturdy and durable MDF paired with high-quality oak veneer, supported by four sturdy legs, ensures a comfortable and lasting dining experience.

We love this table. It is sturdy and the look is beautiful. It was very simple to assemble.. Shauna. West Columbia, SC. Mon Oct 05 2026

This extendable solid wood dining table blends Nordic minimalist style with practical function. Tapered legs ensure stable weight distribution and durability, while rounded edges add safety. Versatile for small apartments and large homes, it’s ideal for daily meals and gatherings.

Great table! Super easy to assemble plus expand/contract (two switches to flip then pull out). It is quite heavy too be fair but that makes the extension more stable I think. (Picture is contracted) primary use for just the two of us and then when friends are over easy to flip the switch and expand. Great!. Joseph. NY. Sun Oct 04 2026
