Our Prestow round wooden extending dining table with pedestal leg is all about that chic rustic farmhouse style. This table will comfortably seat 4 when closed and 6 when extended. Clean lines, sturdy design, rounded edges to the table top and sitting on four feet jutting from that central pedestal leg, this table will look fab in any modern home, whether you're going for warm neutrals, that French elegant cottage look or even as part of an eclectic maximalist space. Constructed from solid 100% rubberwood, this extendable dinner table is sturdy, durable and will look great while doing it! The Prestow uses a simple butterfly mechanism - gently pull on either end of the table to 'open' the sliding mechanism and reveal the extension piece concealed under the top. Lift and unfold the extension piece to create the additional length. Why not pair these with any of our matching wooden cross back chairs for a sleek look? Available in either white and gray, cream and oak or oak. This product is real wood and so it will age, which can result in colour variations.

Assembly was a little tricky because the leaf did not align with the pre-drilled holes. Moving the hardware fixed this. Great table. Note that the instructions were not correct when affixing the legs to the table top. Diagram shows the extension leaf in the table top. I had very specific criteria I was looking for in an everyday table. I wanted a pedestal base, an oval or round top with a leaf, cream/off-white with a dark wood top. it either had to match my existing chairs or have chairs without fabric. I also had a budget in mind. I know I'm extremely picky. I have been looking on and off for the right table for almost 4 years. Even after I order the table I texted my husband and said I'm probably going to hate it. I ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived unexpectedly early on Saturday morning and we put it together easily. 2 bolts per foot and 4 bolts for the top. nothing was damaged in shipping and the table is an almost perfect match to the existing pieces in the room. The base is a little more on the white/gray side then cream but in the shade of the table its not noticeable. We will most likely always have the leaf in but the mechanism worked fine and everything fit together well and it feels sturdy. Great table. Color is pretty and matches a lot. Love the storage in the base which is really unique. Very sturdy table with self storage leaf. The wood is lighter than I thought, but it’s okay.
