Nice table if you are able to put it together. I believe we were the first customers to order. The legs were not predrilled, and the wood is very hard, so the screws kept breaking. Wayfair sent us another table, but unfortunately it came with the same issues. So we bought a special drill bit and stronger screws, and were able to complete the base. It comes with the tabletop already expanded. To make it smaller was a problem with one of the tabletops as the holes and pegs did not line up at all, and there was just no way to fix it. In the end, we used the table top that did line up, since we had 2 tops to choose from. The size, style and shape were perfect for our small apartment however the wood is darker and more distressed than pictured. Nice compact table, seats four and a snug six (small kitchen). Colour is a little odd, more brown than the photos. Makes it hard to match with chairs, but I like an eclectic style. Love the table and the farmhouse look. It's a wonderful size for a small dining area. 6 people can easily fit, even 8 could be squeezed in nicely on board game nights with friends and family. The color oak was nice and the top finish also. Putting everything together was a breeze. The only little comment that we have is that the table cracks when a little weight is put on the ends simply because of the extendable option, so it's to be expected. We added little felt protectors on the legs so we can simply slide the table rather than lifting in order to preserve the sturdiness. Over all very satisfied and pleasantly surprise by the quality..
