Easy and beautiful material to work with but measure before starting. I created a small feature wall (still not done) using 2 boxes, & didn't want to apply glue to the wall so bought 4x8 ply backing, then had to trim the wood slightly. Love how it's turning out.. 12 Pack Acoustic Wall Panels with Self-Adhesive, 12" X 12" X 0.4" Sound Proof Foam Panels, Decorative Soundproof Wall Panels, Sound Proof Absorbing Tiles for Home & Offices

These completed my media room beautifully. I did NOT want acoustic pieces because I already have appropriately placed acoustic panels and did not want a "dead room." After reading the reviews and seeing these were more for aesthetics, I knew they would be perfect. I ordered 20 boxes and only had 1 singular piece damaged on the corner. I could still cut and use it though. They were SO easy to install and have a very string adhesive. I need it for the long haul and didnt want to risk fixing later, so I added a construction adhesive as well (i dont knkw if that was absolutely necessary though).. Michelle. TX. Fri Sep 18 2026

Odor-free, strong sound insulation, and available in multiple colors to match any decor. Perfect for living rooms, offices, studios, and more!

These panels are exactly what I was looking for. I have a massage office that has a drop ceiling, so it’s quite noisy beyond the walls. I wanted to do as much soundproofing as possible and these are a great start. I’ve ordered two sets in different patterns and they do help muffle some sound, especially the sound from my office to the outside, which is helpful for client privacy. My office is located in a busy sports club and close to the locker rooms so these aren’t completely correcting the problem of outside noise, but I anticipate for most other situations they would greatly reduce it. I love the sticky backs for easy installation and that the designs perfectly match my aesthetic!. Colleen. PA. Wed Nov 19 2025
