These cedar topiary trees look so natural and are a perfect addition to our side entrance! Summer heat has destroyed several shrubs and flowerbeds in our yard. I searched through a ton of listings for 4- to 5-foot topiaries and trees, trying to find something that would look realistic enough for our front deck, where real trees and shrubs aren’t happy. This is definitely more of a cedar tree look than a cypress, but it actually looks pretty realistic in person. If you get up close, you can see how plastic the needles are, but at least they are molded and closer to the shape of actual cedar needles than your classic bottle-brush fake Christmas tree. They have that rubbery, real-touch feel, so we will have to see how well they stand up to dust and the elements—I have a feeling they are going to be hard to keep clean. The trees arrive in multiple sections, but it isn’t that hard to fluff them out so they look more natural.. Carrie. Grass Valley, CA. Wed Oct 07 2026

Gosh hate to give this a 3 star but we all need to be truthful. Price and quality of these are wonderful. So is the secure packaging. However, it’s impossible to push in the top section all the way into the bottom section. It’s a different configuration than the pamphlet enclosed in box. It’s literally a square peg going into a round hole! And there’s no way to tap it down with a mallet - just sheer human strength and it only goes so far. There is about 2” that we cannot push down into the bottom section. It is secure but the center post is more exposed than it should be. Secondly, you have to be so, so careful when spreading out the branches because they come off really easily if you are not careful. And it’s dense so it is almost impossible to find where the nib is to put it back on. The quality is very nice otherwise.. Susan A. Sandy, UT. Fri Oct 10 2025
