I'm obsessed with my new doors! Exactly as pictured. I love the texture and quality. You do have to assemble the doors, but it was easy with clear instructions. The only issues I had was with mounting the railing. My studs weren't 16 inches apart to meet up with the pre-drilled holes. These doors are heavy so you have to make sure you put the bolts in studs. I thought about a header board but that would've made a larger gap between the door and the wall. So I drilled new holes in the railing to place the bolts in studs (which wasn't as easy as I expected). The gap between the door and wall is about 3/4in without a header. These turned out beautifully but I severely underestimated the amount of time it would take to get them to this point. I struggled to get these to stain as dark as I wanted. I tried just staining them at first and then had to go back and sand them down to get them to stain darker. Also must have been my floor not being level but had to sand a bunch off of the bottom to get them to slide without hitting the ground. A lot of work but look really good. Anonymous. Sun Mar 15 2026

This door beautifully serves the need I had to separate a den from the dining room to provide overnight guests more privacy. It has a nice finish and is solid enough to provide a bit of sound deadening between the two rooms. My installer did note the lack of a dado cut in the door for the track, so he didn’t notice that a particular end should have been “up” - so I think he mounted it upside down (the door’s cross panel is about 5” deep on one end and 7” on the other). Not a big enough deal visually for me to have the door re-mounted, but an indicator for which end was intended to be the top of the door would have been nice. The door doesn’t come with handles but I was able to find finger flush-mount and loop handles that worked beautifully. The door is made solid enough to screw handles into it.. Caryn. Seattle, WA. Bought this for my Dad's modern farmhouse and it just brought everything together. Well-made and absolutely a stunning statement piece. The blue wood is so pretty in person and matched the blue-gray leather couches. The different colors of wood really tied together the multi-colors of wood my dad had between his older and newer things.
