Ordered four locker units and all four arrived damaged. The boxes were beat up with corners busted open, and once opened, many of the metal pieces inside were loose and not properly packaged to begin with. This led to extensive scratching across the lockers, along with several noticeable dents, likely from shipping. The lockers themselves could have been great, but the packaging and handling completely missed the mark. I was offered a 20% refund, which doesn’t feel appropriate given the condition of all four units. Attached is a few of the 30+ photos I took to cover all the damage across the four units. This is the second Seville cabinet we have gotten and I would buy more. They are sturdy and have great directions and simple design which make them easy to assemble for 1 person. 1 issue with this 24" version is that the holes for cables in the back are too small for most of our 3 prong power cables - the hole is too small if there is even a small tip attached to end piece - many of our power cables have multiple outlets so we need to pass the male end through and they generally don't fit. The other thing to note - but definitely not of much concern to us, was that the little grey "EZ assembly" (something like that) pieces cannot just be pushed in by hand. We had to hammer them as part of the door hanging which is the only place we used them. These little grey pieces were not part of our larger cabinet - which we built first - so we kind of ignored/missed using them in other places, no doubt. Finally, our larger version of this cabinet has wheels but this one does not - wish I had noticed that earlier. If the cable holes were larger and if it had come with wheels, it would easily be a 5.. I used it with both drawers set for 8 1/2 x 11 in the standard way which is what I needed but I don’t think this is clear from the pics and verbiage online so I thought it best to say that both will work perfectly well for 8 1/2 x 11 file folders.. Before I even started building, I was impressed with the packaging. Everything was secure, clearly labeled, and they even included gloves to protect your hands while working with the metal. Much appreciated. You do not even need to hunt down a screwdriver, which is a nice touch. I checked the edges and felt a couple sharp spots on the inside, but after assembly, I could not find them anymore. They must be tucked away securely within the structure. They recommend two people for assembly, but I did it solo without a problem. I had to use my foot or lean something against the wall a couple of times, but overall it was very manageable alone. Now for the build. At first, I was skeptical. Some of the metal pieces seemed very thin, and I honestly did not think it would look good or feel sturdy. But it came together better than expected. Everything fit well except one piece that needed a little extra push, possibly due to a slightly thick metal coating. Once in place, it was fine. If you have larger hands, a few of the screws may be tricky to work with since they sit very close to the surrounding material, leaving little room to grip or turn comfortably. The instructions were vague. .. I saw other sellers selling this same item (also on Wayfair) and thought another company might have improved, sturdier packaging (it had better reviews).
