The Bessemer Screen Kit comes unassembled with 2 panels that can be connected using the included joiner clips. Please allow approximately 90 mins for the assembly of these two panels. This screen is made from our signature WoodTek Vinyl material that has the appearance and texture of natural wood but is actually premium-grade vinyl. This material is UV-resistant, weather-resistant, and virtually maintenance-free, perfect to upgrade your outdoor space. We are proud to offer products made of recycled PVC which reduces the carbon footprint of the Bessemer Screen. The boards that comprise the screens measure 39 7/8in W x 10in H and, once assembled have a 1/2in gap in distance between each other. Assembling and installing this screen is effortless with our no-dig installation system. Simply assemble by using our installation guide or online videos! If you have hard ground, we recommend wetting the ground that you plan to insert the panels into and then using a mallet to insert the stakes into the ground. These are really nice privacy screens. They are a nice design and provide a nice amount of screening. The paint is plenty thick and has a nice powder coat finish to it, which helps in the protection of the paint. This privacy fence is perfect for hiding my air conditioning unit! It was fairly easy to put together and install. There are 3 ground stakes for securing the fence, but we only used 2 due to installing over a concrete block. It still feels very secure, so we are not using the third ground stake. The raw steel will rust and develop a rich patina that will add a pop of color to any outdoor space. During the initial rusting phase, rust will drip from the surface of the screen. Veradek recommends placing an appropriate protective barrier between the screen and ground to ensure no stains are left behind

The privacy screens arrived yesterday and I opened one of the boxes today. There are 3 panels per screen to fasten together, and the legs to attach. Hardware was provided, as were the instructions. Arrived very quickly with no damage during shipping. Excited to get the 5 screens assembled and the oxidation process to begin. I will be using them in my courtyard around the hot tub for privacy.
