Unfortunately the first one came damaged, we sent this one back and Wayfair replaced it with a second one which also came damaged. We already had our plumbing moved. Our contractor stated he believed he could fix the leg and the damaged end so it would hardly be noticeable. We kept this one and Wayfair made it right for us. We are very grateful. This is really an issue with Fed Ex. While it was packed well , because of its bulkiness, you can see where the box had holes in the middle on both sides and was ripped open and patched over with cardboard. The ends were also dented and box resealed. It weighs 106 lbs. I have to tell you with that behind us it is a very beautiful shower pan and extremely hard to find in that size with a center drain. It is extremely sturdy. All correspondence with Fine Fixtures and Wayfair was quick and everything resolved to our satisfaction. Thank you Wayfair!! We do highly recommend this product, definitely 5 stars!. Marianne. Wed May 28 2025

We like the look—it pairs well with a wide range of finishes. It’s supposed to shorten the construction time given you don’t have to tile the shower pan. Our only disappointment was the delivery timing, as the product arrived more than a week later than the estimated date. provided at the time of purchase.. Yoko. Marina Del Rey, CA. Fri May 29 2026
